Wealth Enhancement Acquires Danison & Associates

The partnership increases the firm's assets under management to $103 billion.

Minneapolis-based Wealth Enhancement has acquired Danison & Associates Inc., an independent RIA in Columbus, Ohio.

Danison’s two advisors, President Dean Danison, CIMC, and Vice President Tracey Danison, CFP, and two support staffers have managed over $82 million in client assets.

The acquisition, Wealth Enhancement’s 20th closed transaction of 2024, increases the firm’s assets under management to over $103 billion and its presence in Ohio to four locations.

“We are so pleased that Danison & Associates is joining Wealth Enhancement,” Jeff Dekko, Chief Executive Officer of Wealth Enhancement, said in a news release. “With access to our centralized planning, estate, tax, and trust services, we are confident that the team will continue to thrive and achieve even greater success.”

Founded in 1997, Danison & Associates, strives for “Honesty, Communication, Performance,” a slogan the firm trademarked. The firm serves individuals and small businesses and specializes in wealth management and financial planning. The Danisons, the two principals, have over 65 years of combined experience in the industry.
