Thera Elliott joins Raymond James Financial Services

The Boca Raton-based independent advisor switches from Wells Fargo, where she managed $105M in client assets.

A South Florida financial advisor who previously managed $105 million in client assets for Wells Fargo has joined Raymond James Financial Services.

Operating as Elliott Wealth Strategies in Boca Raton, Fla., Thera Elliott began her career in financial services and banking in 2006 and spent 16 years at Wells Fargo, where she became a financial advisor. She and office manager and sales assistant Joy Lynn McGarity serve clients including business owners, healthcare professionals, women investors, retirees and families. A Florida native, Elliott is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in accounting and finance.

Raymond James Financial Services Inc. is a financial services firm supporting independent financial advisors nationwide. It is a subsidiary of Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE-RJF), which has approximately 8,700 financial advisors throughout the United States, Canada and overseas and total client assets of $1.42 trillion as of Feb. 29.
