Raymond James Moves to New West Loop Office, Consolidates Business Units

The office accommodates 170 financial advisors and associates from the firm's Private Client Group, Capital Markets and Fixed Income divisions.

Raymond James has moved most of its Chicago-based associates to its new 58,196-square-foot West Loop office.

The lease spans nearly two floors at 120 South Riverside Plaza and accommodates financial advisors and associates from the firm’s Private Client Group, Capital Markets and Fixed Income divisions. The 170 associates were previously based at 550 W. Washington Blvd. and 222 S. Riverside Plaza.

“Chicago, with its rich historical legacy and strategic positioning, serves as a critical hub within the financial industry,” said Chris Fils, Chicagoland complex manager for Raymond James & Associates. “With the opening of this multidisciplinary office, we wholeheartedly reaffirm our dedication to expanding our footprint in both Chicago and across the Midwest.”

Raymond James’ recently renovated West Loop office includes a media room, a client conferencing center with concierge service and a dozen associate meeting spaces, each equipped with video conferencing. The site also has a lounge, café, private outdoor areas and indoor and outdoor exercise and wellness areas.
