Americana Partners Launches International Division

Headed by Jorge Suárez-Vélez, the new unit will provide family office services to ultra-high net worth individuals in Latin America.

Americana Partners, a Houston-based RIA with over $7 billion in assets under management,  has launched Americana Partners International, a division providing family office services to ultra-high net worth individuals in Latin America.

Jorge Suárez-Vélez is CEO and founding partner of the new division. Formerly a managing director at Allen & Company Investment Advisors, Suárez-Vélez has more than 20 years of industry experience, including expertise in Mexican political and economic issues. He is a regular guest on CNN en español and has contributed weekly to Reforma/El Norte/Mural and formerly to El Financiero in Mexico. Suárez-Vélez has also authored two best-selling books and is a speaker at economic conferences across the Americas.

The Americana Partners International team recently launched a website in both English and Spanish.

A member of the Dynasty Network of independent advisory firms, Americana Partners marked the fifth anniversary of its founding on April 26.
