Wealth Enhancement Acquires Scribner Team with Over $111 AUM

The acquisition is Wealth Enhancement’s 19th in 2024 and brings the firm's total client assets to more than $102.9 billion.

Wealth Enhancement, a Minneapolis-based firm with over $102.9 billion in assets under management, has acquired the Scribner Team, a hybrid investment advisory in Boston.

With more than $111 million AUM, the Scribner Team is led by founder and CEO Mark Scribner, Director of Operations Michelle Scribner and Director of Client Services John Vassello.
“Our latest partnership with the Scribner Team allows us to expand our firm’s presence in the strategically important Northeast region,” Wealth Enhancement CEO Jeff Dekko said in a news release. “Mark Scribner and his team embody the qualities we look for in a partner including a strong focus on comprehensive financial planning, an unwavering commitment to client success, and a shared vision for growth.”

The Scribner Team serves individuals in Greater Boston and beyond and has a combined total of more than 65 years of experience. Scribner’s staff are work with C-suite executives, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, retirees and business owners and specializes in areas including exit planning.

The acquisition, which closed on Dec. 31, marks Wealth Enhancement’s 19th closed transaction of 2024.
