Bluespring Wealth Partners Acquires Rodgers & Associates Wealth Advisers

Bluespring Wealth Partners has acquired Rodgers & Associates Wealth Advisers, a Lancaster, Pa.-based wealth management firm that specializes in retirement planning.

Bluespring, which bills itself as “a leading acquirer” of independent RIAs and hybrid wealth management firms, now has 27 partner firms.

Founded more than 25 years ago by husband-and-wife partners Rick and Jessica Rodgers, Rodgers & Associates oversees over $1.35 billion in client assets and serves nearly 1,000 households. Rodgers & Associates employs 25 financial professionals and other staff, including Sandra Skrodinsky, President and CCO; Susan Connors, Director of Operations; Patrick Carney, Manager of Adviser Services; and Clint Krushinsky, Business Development Specialist.

Rodgers & Associates reports that it plans to accelerate growth and technology adoption through Bluespring’s existing platforms.

“From the beginning, we were drawn to Bluespring’s emphasis on growth at scale while staying true to the core of our business,” said co-founder Rick Rodgers.

Bluespring was established five years ago with the goal of helping entrepreneurs advance their business through successor training and incentivization, consulting and operational resources, flexible ownership arrangements, and institutional capital support.
