Wealth Enhancement Group Acquires Rock House Financial

It's the firm's first Utah location and brings total client assets to more than $85.7 billion.

Wealth Enhancement Group has acquired Rock House Financial, an independent RIA in Farmington, Utah, that oversees $272 million in client assets.

Founded by Bob Aamodt, CFP, in 1998, Rock House Financial has four financial advisors, including Nicole Roberts, CFP, and Zach Nelson, CFP, and six support staff. The firm offers clients financial planning, asset management and charitable giving strategies and advises small businesses on qualified retirement plans.

Wealth Enhancement Group will handle a variety of functions for Rock House Financial, including IT, compliance, legal, security and marketing. Rock House Financial is Wealth Enhancement Group’s first location in Utah. JPTD Partners served as acquisition consultant for Rock House Financial.

With over $85.7 billion in client assets, Wealth Enhancement Group is an independent wealth management firm that provides financial plans and investment management services for over 61,000 households from 115 offices nationwide.
